OhFARM mentors are experienced farmers who are willing to share their knowledge, answer questions, and support other Ohio farmers who are exploring conservation and regenerative agriculture practices.
Mentorship is not about having every answer. It is about sharing real-world experience, lessons learned, practical insight, and encouragement from one farmer to another.
THE PROCESS
How to Become a Mentor

Application
Share your contact information, farming background, and areas of experience.

Interview
A board member will follow up for a conversation and possible farm visit.

Agreement
Approved mentors will sign an agreement outlining expectations.
4
Training
Mentors will complete training before being matched.
5
Connect
Begin working with your assigned mentee and provide periodic updates.
